Also...you may want to try a liver flush. After all the Liver is the 'General' of the body! It needs to be in superfantastic shape so that it can order all those other organs around. (traditional chinese medicine)

You may find that that improves overall functioning of everything!

What else? hmmmmm...oh yeah! If you've been reading the posts around here for a while then you've probably already read 'journey to the center of the colon'...but if you haven't (tsk tsk) - then here it is!

I know other people that talk about a pain on their left side (the curve of the colon most likely..something stuck)...and then when they finally have THE poo the pain goes away. Maybe you have a build up of old mucoid plaque there that was partially released, but just go re-stuck...ya know? That's what I'm thinkin'. You just need to get super serious and do a major 2 month bowel cleanse...while eating the right food. Read that article...you'll be amazed & inspired at how simple it all is! Also...good probiotics will be handy at some point too.

And...if you are feeling stress/irritation...the sooner you get rid of that (find a solution....release etc) the better!
