Re: I'm at the end of my rope, please help!

Bryan,

You sound alot like me. I am 27, male, 160 pds. Throughout my college days I ate just about anything I wanted. Salads were a weekly event and vegetables only came into play twice to three times a week. Having a BM once every 2 to 3 days was normal for me.

About a year and a half ago I had a very stressful event while I switched jobs. The combination of new job and commuting really did a number on me. I was constipated, gassy and bloated. I let this go on for a year before I ran into this site. I won't go into details on my other BM problems, but you can find my post a few pages back.

After doing a Paragone cleansing I have wound up where you are. I get a BM about once a day but it is thin and very soft. If I get one twice a day...its like little 'bits of poo' (to quote you). :)

For the last 3 or 4 months I have been eating better, but that has not helped my situation (as you have also found out). I also had a barium enema and xray done. It was quite uncomfortable but the doctor did not find anything.

I would definatley recommend getting one just to rule anything out. Currently I am trying Doctor Schulze's Formula 1 and Formula 2 cleansing, hoping to get back to normal. Since the paragone, I have days when everything is as it was...but most days are not. This is at least 20% better than where I was so I know it did some help. I will report back after I finish the F1 and F2 cleansing. Good luck!
