Hi Noflush! Yup, you're right...just taking the b&p on an empty stomach is correct.
You can really do any old cleanse first....but it kinda makes sense to do the Bowel Cleanse first...so that you start sweeping out the parasite eggs and hiding places. (they like it around the mucoid plaque!) Then when their hiding places are fewer...to zap them with the parasite killing herbs!
