Hi Noflush! I just looked up Parastroy and noticed that it contains cascara sagrada which is a laxative...this means that maybe you should hold off taking the b&p shakes, because the laxative action of the parastroy will not give the b&p shakes time enough to do their sweeping, scrubbing action.

What do you think?

OR, you could do a couple of weeks (or 3..?) of the b&p shakes (sweep out the parasite's livingrooms!) THEN start the parastroy?
