Just wanted everyone to know I havent given up still doing the P&B shakes. Am on my 3rd week, have been only adding 1 new shake a week so am up to three a day now. Still doing the enemas once a week. Am up to about 3 to 4 BM a week now still a little constipated but it seems to be getting better with each shake added, remember I am the one who has only 1 BM a week, so to me this is a big improvement!! I havent started my paragone yet, dont know how to fit it in. Can I take it with the shakes? That would make it easy. Also still on my diet, have lost 20lbs since Jan. 1st. This is my own personal diet that I made when I was a teenager (will be 40 this year) and it works great for me but is not healthy for sure but will worry about changing that after I get my weight back down. I am still finding it difficult drinking the water and really hard giving up soft drinks. Giving up cigerettes is nothing to me but pop now that is another story!! I drink at least 12 cans a day and have forever. Maybe someone on here has some great advice on how to give it up???
