The first choice when trying to find a better way is to not do it the wrong way. What's the solution to the "problem" of bioterrorism, Ev? Should we just get immunized anyway? Or is the correct first step to the solution somewhere along the lines of NOT getting immunized?

What's so hard to figure about that?
