Salivary Duct Stone Cleanse

I read back in the archives that for Salivary Duct Stones you recommended doing a parasite cleanse, a liver cleanse and the Water Cure . I know the Water Cure can be started at any time. But what should be done first, the parasite cleanse or the liver cleanse? Also I read somewhere that sucking a lemon helps to dislodge the stone. Is that true? Is there any updated information on how to treat Salivary Duct Stones?
