Thanks for your reply. Your suggestions seem simple to follow. I can't seem to find any information about what cayenne is good for. can you suggest a reading or is that what the colon book is for? Also which kind do i get the tincuture or the cayenne power? Will this be hard on my system because of the leaky gut?
