i'm ready to do it! one final question, with this severe cold/cough & the semi-fasting i've been doing, i haven't been quite regular. maybe just because there's not that much to come through? one thing that has kept me away from the IF#2 is that i rarely move more than twice a day. Dr. Schulze recommends 2 or 3 movements each day, one for each meal consumed, this has never happened for me. do you think its a good idea to get back on more fibrous & solid foods, & be having "normal poops" before i start the #2, or just go for it, & increase my IF#1 dose.
after struggling with years of being irregular and constipated, i'm terrified of it all getting stuck in there!
