i'm a Dr. Schulze believer, i've used a number of his formulas and always with excellent results (especially IF#1!!). i've been on & off the vegan diet for years, finally back on for LIFE. no doubt. (about four months now...) i'm good with the juicer, lots of raw veggies & salads, whole grains, beans, nuts, sea veggies, etc.. i still get a LOT of gas and bloating. actually, when i go totally raw, i'm gas free after about 24 hours. but as soon as i have certain cooked foods (ie: potatoes & steamed veggies topped with hummous, lemon & cayenne- a favorite) i am all bloat and gas!! no fun for me or my friends :o

i'm new to these kinds of bowel/liver/kidney cleanses, and am ready to begin! i just read your quick cleanse outline. is it a liver cleanse?

i have the IF#2 on my shelf, yes its been there for months, i've been a little scared of it :). but i'm ready to begin, thanks in part to these great forums (i found curezone about 6 months ago by looking up Dr. Schulze on the internet). i know i need to clean out the pipes before going on to liver cleanse, etc.

i am in the process of getting over a serious lung congestion, sore throat, sinus pressure kind of cold, totally drained of normal vitality. unfortunately no echinacea plus in the house, and very limited funds at this time. for the last 48 hours i've been having mostly juice, herbal tea, superfood and some iceberg salad when really hungry. do you recommend getting over this thing completely before doing a bowel cleanse? or will it help me get healthy sooner? after reading up on the forum (and seeing the lovely photo gallery of all the expelled junk) i can't wait to cleanse!!
