the best meditation is to attempt to visualize and see the light of the Creator at the center of the universe NO MORE than 15 minutes a day, though DAILY. In order to be SUCCESSFUL at this, one needs to thoroughly relax the body FIRST, so the mind can follow, and use ENHANCING LIGHT MUSIC INCENSE with this if you want (enhances the effect if the proper correspondences are used) - be SURE you are free of apathy, greed, lust, hate, and selfishness. Expect up to 6 months of daily practice for success. Be sure you are in a quiet UNDISTURBALBE environment. After all, you are literally connecting with the Creator, and the center emanence of all Creation. Don't go more than 15 minutes - but remember, a good 15 minutes of body relaxation is paramount to RELAX the body first... then the mind should follow, particulary after some time and repeated practice. As for falling alseep... I'd try the variances in light (try to go for articificial or specific colors with the right effect for you) music and incense may help with that..... there is ABSOLUTELY no need to fall alseep, as there is no need to meditate that long. I hope this gives you some help and ideas. It's based on a VERY ancient and secretive suppressed source.
