You are coming to terms with the fact that humans do not see very much of reality at all, just little bits of it as our senses wil allow and our brains and minds will comprehend.

What you are experiencing, esp in the semi-dream state, is likely "the real world", so don't shove it away, embrace it and try to learn to focus into it more.
Fear of it would not help, so have faith in your "view". Its a good view, a vantage point, a GIFT.
