He also had great Ideas also. water with lemons and organic olive oil. Water with lemons has went well for me in the past. Prune juice is so sweet, but way better than any salts. You mention the EC 3 day apple fast. Did you like that fast, how did it go? Thanks again Tracey. I think it is time to say goodnite.......It is 3:50 am.
