Hi Butterfly, Thanks for the advice. I will try different things and see what I like.:) Wheatgrass- I always wondered how this tasted. How is it good for You? What if you think you can't handle wheat? Is this the same thing? This has helped passed the stones? What cleanse do you use for the liver flush? Do you add anything different that works better for you? I am wanting to learn different ways in case one is not for me. Maybe I can get my hands on the books. Thanks.
