Hi Lisa C...yes, it definitely seems like you're in need of some liver flushes. But, you're not sure if it might just wipe you out?

Please go to the Bowel Forum Active and check out the 'recommended message' from Jaybyrd. It sounds like he really got a handle on candida using bentonite, psyllium and caproil. (in Canada this is made by 'innovite') But, he did lots of other stuff too.

Do you think you might get an allergic reaction to the olive oil and grapefruit? The Liver Flush sounds intense and sometimes it is..but sometimes it isn't at all. Eventually you will have to try it...but first you'll have to figure out what your health plan should be. I wish I could be of more help.

You say that most of the time your bm's are hard. You should try to get them moving before you try the b&p and caproil. Start the day with many glasses of warm water with lemon in them. This really gets you going. I start the day with a litre of warm water drunk over 1 to 2 hours. It really works!
