So is Kombucha from the store okay? I just bought a raw kombucha drink from the store. It was ready to bust its cap when I opened it, it fizzed like crazy, and still bubbled even when it had finished draining, and it did smell a bit vinegary. Is it still okay to use? It looked fresh, just smelled stronger than I expected, and it was sealed.
