I tried my store bought raw kombucha this weekend. It actually tasted good, not as vinegary as it smelled. I felt some intestinal improvements too. Some persistent bloat in my lower abdomine dissipated overnight, and has not returned. I am trying to reduce candida and SIBO, and knew that I needed some probiotics to really achieve this. So far, the kombucha is having a great effect. I may even be helping with some sinus drainage issues I've been battling for many years. I have awaken with better breathing each morning this weekend.
I will definitely be buying more, and hope to collect the suggested equipment needed to make my own. Is there a particular green tea I should try my first time?
