I am surprised - I didn't think I would find someone so deeply convinced by quackery they would say that type I diabetics don't need insulin. I admitted a man who refused insulin treatment for his type I diabetes a few years ago. He'd come in with diabetic ketoacidosis for the third time in as many weeks.

But you believe any tom, dick and harry who comes up with an alternative theory. Very inflexible view of the world.

I just try and make sure the credulous are stopped from believing such dangerous ideas.
