Answer the question - is it safe for naturopaths to tell type I diabetics to stop their insulin?

Do you understand what happens in type I diabetics? Have you ever seen the histopathology of the islet cells? Have you heard of the honeymoon period?

Would you take the risk if you were a type I diabetic? if your relative died after taking such advice how would you feel?
