I can't imagine why a mold would grow on your hawthorn berry syrup. Maybe you need a new recipe. I have been making hawthorn berry syrup for over 3 years now and I've never had any problems with mold. I use hawthorn berry syrup as one of the ingredients in making the heart formula. I have been using Dr. Schulze 's information in the Sam Biser, Save Your Life Video colection and it has been a very great help. I have made almost all of Dr. Schulze 's formulas.
