Re: Hawthorne berry syrup

Hi Carla! I've been into using and making Tinctures for 30+ years, and so it's been MANY years, since I've made Hawthorn Berry Syrup! SORRY, but I'm NOT a LOVER of Mold, and so I'd THROW OUT the Hawthorn Berry Solution myself! Dr. Schulze doesn't even offer his own version of Dr. Christopher's Hawthorn Berry Syrup, since he has found that Tinctures are MUCH MORE POWERFUL! And you won't have PROBLEMS with Mold, when using Alcohol to make Herbal Tinctures.
By the way, did you use Distilled Water? FRESH Berries would have also been BETTER to use, but you'll have WAIT until LATE Summer or early Fall, before you can pick and/or get them.
"THANKS" for your questions!

Tom/Ps. 73:26.
