so there are definitely some changes you could make to your diet that could probably help you out a lot. There is a good book that spells out all the principles, and for more than just dealing with skin problems like acne. It gets right to the root of the problem. It's called "sick and tired? reclaim your inner terrain" by Dr. Robert O. Young.
