Squeaky, at first I wasn't taking as many mg of the B5 as you suggested, but now I've increased them and I've noticed a big difference. I'm going to try doing the Seasalt facebath tonight. I know I need to cut back on my dairy and that will help as well.
I have a question regarding eating greens. I bought a powered drink mix that I've been putting in my orange juice every morning. Are these things any good for getting what you need or should I just eat more greens? Any info you could give me about this would be great. I'm not giving up hope that I can clear up my skin without having to go back to the evil dermatologist.
