Well I don't know... I doubt it will be a problem. You didn't mention that you had a sensitive stomach, but I never heard of anybody complaining. You can take the b5 with your food so usually when you take things with food that eliminates the stomach upset.
Cranberry juice can have a lot of Sugar in it so be careful about that. It is best for people with urinary tract infections. I think you want to minimize Sugar consumption so if you decide to take cranberry juice, buy unsweetened.
I haven't done a liver cleanse but I think it's next on my list. Apparently it's recommended for everyone!
