Re: wierd skin condition

I know the pain of cystic acne well!We do know now it comes from the inside.Harmones seem to be the main culpret.When I was on birth control pills I had good skin.Now I'm post menopausal and it came back.I've read that yogurt is good and now eat at least 1 cup a day.A I take the supplements Spirit listed.I was looking good until this past week I got one near my skin.It even kept me from leaving the house to go to church tonight.[a womans vanity,teehee!] But I had been under a LOT of stress this past week and feel sure that did it.But the new ones you described I don't really know. I've had really hard,red ones that were just filled with blood,that's what made them so red and swollen.I know pp say not to try and pop them but I apply hot compresses of water and epsom salts to draw it out a little and just make a deep whole with a pin and let the blood drain out if you want to try that.Have any of your cyst been like that?The new ones could very well be just cyst to and may have the bumpy things because of the poors.I think I've had quit a few like that.Are you a woman or man?Can't tell from your name.
