wierd skin condition

i've suffered cystic Acne for years now... but lately (as in the past 8 months or so) i've also been getting a wierd skin rash that just keeps coming back.. just when i think it's gone, it shows up again. it shows up every other week or so (in fact i've posted about it once before but not much help)...it's not like the regular cystic acne. it only shows up on the area of my cheek just around my nose, and also on the part of the cheek just below the eye and the temple. to describe it: it's very bright red, rough skin raised from the surface, kind of looks all bubbly... it's very rough and hard like a bumpy rock to the touch... what is this??? i don't know what it is, i don't know if it's eczema or rosacea or anything like that.. i've tried putting hydrogen peroxide on it and it stings.. i've tried using apple cider vinegar, which makes it sting as well, but it does seem to help if only a little... does anyone have advice? much appreciated.. thank you!

ps.. i still have the cystic Acne as well
