I am located in northern cal (silicon valley !). where about you?

I briefly read about the liver cleanse. It sounds pretty scary, drinking 1/2cup of olive oil?? I haven't read much about it yet. But is this only a one day cleanse? or i have to do many days like bowel cleanse? what method did you use?

So liver cleanse should be done after the 15th day of parasite cleansing? (i mean during the break). After you are done with it, then you continue the parasite cleanse for another 15 days?
I beleive paragon is a 30day program?

basically, this is what I picture of what I am supposed to:
-bowel cleanse and parasite (for 8 days)
-continue parasite (for another 7 days)
-I beleive there a few day break for parasite and during this time I could do the Liver Flush (how many days?)
-Start parasite again for another 15days (at this time, is solid food allowed)?

I wish I could read someone's journal on how to do things correctly and effectively...
