Re: Anyone get Stomach bloat away...

Hi Gracey,

I think adding in a colon cleanser will help a lot, clearing out some plaque and just keeping things moving very well...you'll feel better...I do whenever I use it. Lately I've been using a homemade Dr. Schulze IF 1 and 2 which works well.

I have a similar problem with parasites and I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with them...they are very resistant, and the more I try to get rid of them the harder they kick back. Lately I haven't been parasite cleansing as much as previously because I got tired of feeling so ill with all of it. One thing that I'm becoming aware of anyhow, is no matter what I do to fight them, the infection will remain as long as my liver is congested. So, I've been making Liver Flushes my priority...although often they aren't that productive because of the parasites and congestion. It is very difficult to rise above the cycle....it's hard to kill parasites with a congested liver, but hard to clean the liver full of parasites.

I know parasites are supposed to love carbs, and I can tell they do if I have any, but I also notice that the buggers really like protein too...if ever I have nuts or seeds I get that insatiable hunger thing happening again. They even seem to like pumpkin seeds with me. So, I don't know....when I've tried to eat only veggies then I start to really aggrevate them, but the die off, with me got too much. But that was just me, it may not be the same for you, and then again, you may be able to kill them without taking so much out of your diet...but for taking out plaque, and colon cleansing, the animal protein will slow it down. It's best if you don't have it, but even if you do, maybe reducing the amount will help.

It's a struggle, I know, but we'll get there.

Best wishes,
Megan
