The cravings are the worst. I am on The Master Cleanse myself and am only on my 3rd day. It's hard to stop thinking about all the chunk food that we consume regularly because it is all around us. I live at college right now and it is so hard to stay dedicated. But I just keep telling myself it is for the better and hopefully it does get better. You just have to find what keeps you motivated and push for it. If it is your health, run with that. You definately have to kick all of the refined sugars and all that caffeine though. One way is to get someone you know to do the same thing. That way you can find someone that you see all the time going through the same thing. Hope this helps. Good Luck
