It has nothing to do with my cleaning habits. I couldn't pull back the foreskin no matter how hard i tried. The opening was the size of a pin. I have recently gone to a urologist and he did a dorsal slit. Things are better now. I will only get circumcised if i'm not happy with this dorsal slit.
