20 yr old wanting to get circumcised

Hi, I have been wanting to get circumcised for the past 10 years because of complications down there. I have had infections in the past and now for the past 10 years I have not been able to pull back my foreskin. Sounds dirty, I know. But its not like my penis has turned green and is falling off, thank god. So I have come to the end of trying to deal with it, and now I want to get it done once and for good.

I just need advice on where I should go etc. Will it cost money? I live in the Toronto,Ontario,Canada area. I need help, and finally i'm trying to get it.Thanks
