This only proves you have no understanding of what Science is. There have many, many ideas throughout the history of Science that due to a new experiment or new information scientist were force to abandon their old ideas and adapt/create new models to fit the new reality. To a scientist or even one who enjoys Science there is nothing more exciting and enjoyable than the discovery of new truths.

Religion does the opposite, it adapts and perverts reality to fit old ideas. It is static, stagnant, and because of it its practitioners are also intellectually stagnant.

Evolution is a fact. Deal with it.
