I have not heard of anyone gaining weight before on this! I'll be curious to hear if anyone else has. I did the 40 day "detox" from the Maker's Diet, rather than the Great Physician's RX, but would imagine that the results would be the same. What kinds of foods are you eating/cooking with (virgin coconut oil, etc.)? For me personally, I went from eating low fat/fat free foods, never cooking with butter, only drinking skim milk, etc. to what he recommends: cooking with organic butter/coconut oil, only eating/drinking whole milkwhole milk cheeses and yoghurt, etc. and I still lost quite a bit of weight. As I said, I'm curious to see if anyone else has heard of gaining weight on this, and why that could be. Sorry if that didn't really answer your question, just thought I'd share. Have you noticed a positive change in your health since you started the diet?
