Hi I gained back alot of weight after eating lots of healthy dried fruits and whole grains during the Winter-- because they were organic and I guess my body was looking for any excuse to have Carbs because I wasnt getting enough Sunlight. Though wholegrains and dried fruits arnt bad like refined flour or
Sugar , too much of a good thing will still cause imbalances in the body.
Those power bars you mentioned probably may be a good idea to keep in your purse or car for emergencies when you are stuck away from home and know you shouldnt stop at a fast food restaurant, but I would only use them for that.
I'd just make sure to get more raw fruits and veggies daily to help the blood
Sugar stay stable. Raw whole milk - or no less than 2%-helps your body assimilate the vitamin D and Calcium better too
I still eat non-sulfered organic dried fruits and whole grains throughout the week- but not as much as I had been and I am moving around a bit more doing garden work. I went back to a size 10 from a size 12 again.
Also, I wasnt getting enough essential oils in my diet during my Periods and PMS, so I make sure now to have a tablespoon of either Hemp Oil, or organic flax seed oil every day. Sometimes I just add them to a bowl of raw sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, some berries and raw maple syrup and eat that for breakfast! (yummm!)
