I have noticed positive changes in my health in several areas: more flexibility, clearer complection to name a few. I am using organic everything (almost) including coconut oil, butter, milk, vegetables, fruits. I wonder if I just pigged out a little on that butter, nuts, whole food bars? I am not a one to eat much and found myself enjoying these foods and his recipes maybe a bit too much. I appreciate your thoughts very much and would like to hear from others.
