Re: Nourishing Traditions Question

I have just started "phase three", so I have not had any grains to soak thus far. I'm just getting into that now. I plan to try it, which leads to my next questions...can Mason jars be used to soak? (I think it's supposed to be covered, right?) Also, can you soak grains for more than one day in advance, or is it bad to let them sit (for example, if soaking rolled oats for oatmeal, can you soak enough for the next two mornings)? I would imagine not, but I'm new to this part, so I don't really know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I've always liked cooking, but never been much of a baker. There are quite a few recipes, however, in Nourishing Traditions (muffins, etc.) that I'm looking forward to trying, but I'd like to know what I'm doing first! Thank you!
