I have mentioned before the issues re large Gallstones traversing the CBD. That answers your questions. These large Gallstones are not seen in the CBD, and the small Gallstones get stuck so any larger ones would but we don't see them. I guess you'll claim that I'm lying which seems to be the standard response on this board.
