The reason why I don't answer your questions is that they are answered in the paper. Does the paper say this gallstone traversed the CBD (at this size)? NO! You assume it must have, but the paper postulates that the gallstone actually grew at the site of the stricture. Of course that is just a hypothesis.

Have you read the other links? Where the fact that gallstone ileus is caused by a fistula is proved again and again. As I said before what pushes the stones along? You haven't answered MY question.

Yes I am wasting my time because you don't seem to accept the evidence presented to you. It is a source of frustration that you therefore say there is no proof. Well you take a horse to water...
