No, Isreal is a nation, and is always refered as thus.
The Body of Christ is The Church of God and is always refered as thus.

Isreal's blessings are always earthly and will never share in the heavenly blessings, as The Church's blessings are always heavenly and have no share in the earthly blessings.
This has nothing to do with the "State of Isreal today", which I gave not the slightest inference to, and there is no confusion on my part.

Yes according to natural viewpoint and human reasoning I see how you could ask these questions. But the Bible is Divine viewpoint. Key words for your study: translation, in Christ, oneness, glorified body, inheritance... I don't want to overload you, but this is plenty to get you started.
