Re: answers always bring more questions

After reading all those verses of what Christ has done for you (if you are a beliver)and you wonder about if someone else is rightly related to the Son, reveals you missed the whole point all together. These scriptures are to build us up in "The Faith", there's not one verse listed to cause us to focus on anyone but Christ. Look again and see that God has made us saints, holy, righteous, sanctified, more than conquerors, joint heirs with Christ, COMPLETE, an ambassador, reconciled, accepted, and much more. All these things are ours by grace through Christ's Finished Work. We don't have to "try to be" we "already are". Why trouble yourself with pretenders or fools God the Father will take care of them. We are to "look unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our Faith". We are in Christ at the point of salvation, "and as He is so are we in the world". What more can motivate us more to love, obey and serve God after understanding what He has already done for us. It's our vertical that gives us peace, joy and freedom in the Spirit, while a horizontal viewpoint will bring nothing but fear, bondage and chaos.
