I was in a bad work situation some years ago and I learned that is better just to keep praying and do as little as you can and do not get involved unless is your direct responsibility.
Anything can be taken wrongly or lead to more trouble. I would no talk about he subject with anyone and I would no report anything, but offer constant prayers to the Lord.

The Lord will bring the healing for everybody involved in that situation.
