Re: My personal impressions about Benny Hinn

I was saved in a radical "full gospel" church that were lovers of the television faith healers. So, I know for sure the Lord uses those ministries for His good. While I don't agree with those ministries and believe there is much showmanship going on I do see Jesus being taught through the huge gatherings in India and Africa. I have watched them myself on Sky Angel. God will use them as He pleases. Seeing those gatherings I became convicted to leave those ministries to God. What did Jesus say when the apostles came to him saying there were folks teaching about Jesus that were not a part of their group? I do not agree with much of those ministries and suggest others be in their Word in order to be able to discern truth. It is my mission to encourage Christians to know His Word and be in prayer. Know truth in order to discern untruth. Most "Christians" do not spend time each day in study of His Word. They prefer reading other books. While other books can be good teaching tools nothing replaces God's Word.

Billy Graham is a Christian man, a lover of truth. His teachings point us to Jesus. He is focused on teaching the Word of God. It is interesting to know that few that come forward at Dr. Graham's or any other revival meetings actually walk in faith. But, the few that are saved are surely worth it.

Ghandi and the Dali Lama are truly anti-christs. They teach no truth about Jesus they don't lead us to Jesus at all, never ever. They teach a different way, a way that leads to eternal death. I know this for sure because before I was saved I studied eastern religeon in depth for many years. While it is true anti-christs believe their teachings that does not mean their teachings are life saving. I know this is a hard word but it is truth none the less and can be proved by reading some of the writings of eastern religeous writers. Never will they point to Jesus as God, the Son of God born of a virgin having given Himself on a cross to save His own from the sin they so deserve. Never will they teach that Jesus rose on the third day and now sits at the right hand of the Father. Never will they teach that Jesus is the way the truth and the life and that no one will see the Father but through Jesus. No...they will deceive many though as they teach that Jesus was a wonderful teacher, a prophet. They are liars all, beware! lest you lose you soul. Read your Bible each day! Pray for understanding and the strength to follow Jesus and to understand His Word and to be able to apply the Word to your life.
