The cause of cavities is a lack of mincol which is calcium phosphate. If you are lacking this you also will have ridges on your finger nails and they also will be soft or brittle. Your body is unable to pick up minerals when you are lacking mincol. I have been taking it for 13 years and have not had a cavity.
