I am not so sure...

I got $400 worth of 'emitters' and bought some aluminum tubing, put it together for about $550.

Toaster? sure, so what...
Effectiveness? why not..

I just got out, nice and warm, it takes about 15 mins to get sweating in there.

Allways be wary of getting your info from those who sell them.
It could be right, but they do have that 'conflict of interest'.
