weight loss question

Hi, I didn't see what I was looking for going through the past postings. I've got a couple of questions. I was wondering if anyone has experienced any weight loss with the infrared? We have far infrared cocoon type sauna but have been reading about a infrared belt that's worn around your middle. They're advertising this for weight loss, has anyone had any experience with this item. Thanks for you input.
