I came across this forum and signed up to share with you about Lymes Disease. 2 things I would suggest to look into

ayahuasca, Ive had in 4 times and is the best detox Ive ever had, you purge big time. Go to Peru in Iquitos, look up a American called Alan Shoemaker who lives there, you can talk to him on facebook too. He is very helpfull and trustworthy. Its worth a shot Id say. Because I know all those little nasties inside you want out with you drink the brew.

The other one I would look into is cannabis oil, against the law in most places in the world, but well worth a look.
