Re: A few questions from a newbie (sorry, kinda long post)...
Hi Yvette----
I wasn't formally diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, but after being tested for
food allergies and doing that elimination/re-introduction program, I found that some foods set off reactions while others didn't. I kept on searching for more information, and came to the conclusion that I had some sort of autoimmune dysfunction going on, with the fatigue and "fuzziness", as well as small, dry rashes in various places on my skin. It resembled eczema, but didn't respond to conventional treatment. More searching led me to Candidiasis, and while looking for more information about treating that, I found this website. I did the program, in order, in about 8-10 weeks. No more "fuzziness", fatigue, or skin problems. I'm convinced it works, and have several friends that have had great success with the program also. A couple of them were skeptical in the beginning, but when they saw what it did to improve my health, they tried it and are now believers. Here's the recommended order:
1.) Colon/Bowel Cleanse
2.)
parasites Cleanse
3.) Kidney Cleanse
4.) Liver & Gall Bladder Cleanse
There are reasons and benefits for doing them in the order given, although some people have had success doing them in different order. I would recommend you read Dr. Clark's information on the website, and that will explain the order.
Best wishes for good health, and keep us posted.
