I am at working downing my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) since its a slow day here.
You might want to switch to another tea. some may find that smooth move is not strong enough. I have always used Senna Leaf tea which is very effective. Sorry I dont know the brand, but you can find it at most health food stores. I am not sure why the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) wouldnt work as long as you are using Sea Salt (the one without iodine.)
