Heck, opinions vary on every thing. IMO an enema is the wrong way to go simply because I have yet to find proof that the human body is supposed to be flushed from the end where waste is supposed to exit. The Burroughs wash goes in the correct end and comes out the correct end, washing the entire tract. Other methods are just wrong. Again, IMO.

Everybody do what makes them happy.
