Only by the time you are clean, you won't feel like "portion control" with bad foods - I suggest that, free from addictions to addictive, allergenic, and all-round bad-karmic substances, you leap right in to raw foods - it's a great time of yeasr for it. That way, you can snack all day, any amount you need, and it is still healthy. You don't have to artificially bridle yourself with amounts that way because with natural foods your appestat naturally tells you, "I've had enough" - it's a great way to live.
